With the training, he received in Achieve’s own custodial department, Chris was able to demonstrate independence and a familiarity with the equipment, chemicals and methods required to keep the art deco interiors of City Hall clean. As his job coach, all I have had to do is stand back and watch Chris succeed!

Chris’s easygoing manner and sense of humor helped him to make friends with his new coworkers. He arrives at work with a good attitude and pushes himself to meet all of the goals set for him by his employer - making him a valuable employee.

When asked about his job he says, “I really like working there and I’m glad that they chose me to do this project for Achieve.”

Chris is proud of his success and ability to prove that hard work, good training, and a positive attitude really pay off!
