• I go on my online ISP (Individual Service Plan) page a lot (My Life, My Way Online System).
   

• I use my online ISP to keep track of my appointments.
   

• I use my online ISP to write notes on there about appointments I scheduled.
   

• I use my online ISP to communicate with my team

• I use my online ISP to see what people are writing about me.
   

• I use my online ISP to write about myself.
   

• I use my online ISP to let people know what I have planned.
   

• I use my online ISP to let my team know when changes need to be made like new staff, phone numbers, and my supports.
   

• I also showed CQL (the Council on Quality and Leadership) how to use it and they were so surprised.
